2. Products

We sell packaged food products and related goods through this website. Product descriptions, ingredients, pricing, availability, and launch timelines may change without notice, subject to applicable law.

3. Pre-orders

Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis before they are available for shipment. By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree that:

• the product is not yet ready for immediate delivery

• any stated launch, shipment, or fulfillment date is an estimate only

• delays may occur due to production, packaging, compliance, shipping, marketplace launch timing, or other operational factors

• we may communicate important updates by email using the contact information you provide

If your pre-order includes a specific redemption process, promotional credit, or launch code, that process will be described on the applicable product page and/or in your order confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be shown before checkout.

Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes, in which case any payment collected for the cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel orders in our discretion, including where products are unavailable, pricing is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or an order breaches these terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order.

6. Delivery

We will provide available delivery options during checkout or on the product page. Any shipment or launch date we provide is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, marketplace delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

We will honour a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of your order. Simply email yourfriends@fuelbetteradventures.com with your feedback and order information and we will refund you promptly. 

This guarantee is not valid for abusive claims.

8. Product information and allergy notice

Our products may contain or come into contact with ingredients such as nuts, dairy, oats, coconut, and other allergens. You are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list and allergen information before purchase.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability relating to products sold through this website is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable in Alberta.
